Create and Send HTML Email Creator & Sender

HTML Email Creator & Sender creates HTML email by
a HTML file, and sends the HTML email. HTML email outputted and sent by the software
is compatible with major email clients and web-based email such as Outlook, Thunderbird,
Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo! Mail.
Create HTML Email by a HTML File
- Choose "HTML Email" at "Mail Type"
- Choose a HTML file
Click "Browse" button to choose a HTML file.
Choose a HTML file and then click "Open."
- Enter Mail Information
You should enter Subject, From, and To. Cc and Bcc are optional. You can choose
recipients from Windows Address Book or a file.
Format of From, To, Cc, and Bcc: name@mail.com or My Name <name@mail.com>,
use comma (,) or semicolon (;) to separate multiple recipients.
- [Optional] Add Attachments
Click "Add" to add attachments. Any files are supported.
- Create HTML Email
Click button "Create Email", then the software will prompt you
to enter target file name.
- View Outputted Email File
You will see the software creates an .eml file, which can be opened by Outlook
Express by default.

- Choose HTML File and Enter Email Information
Refer to step 1 - 4 in section above
- Set SMTP Server Information
Click button "Options" at left-bottom of the software.
If your SMTP server requires authentication, please check the option and enter
your account information.
P.S.: The SMTP Server sends email to recipients. Our software submits your request
to the SMTP Server. If you don't know your SMTP Server information, please contact
your network administrator or us at support@html-email.net.
- Send HTML Email
Click button Send Email, then the software will create HTML email and send
the email to all email-box listed in From, Cc, and Bcc.
